Designed to rinse and soak rice before cooking, this specialized bowl helps ensure fluffy, fragrant results. The flat base stabilizes the bowl during soaking, and the perforated side strainer keeps rice grains in while filtering out starch and unwanted particles. When you're done soaking, just tip the bowl to the side to drain out the water. The rice washer also comes in handy for cleaning and soaking dried beans and grains and rinsing produce to remove any lingering dirt and pesticides.
